Luckily, according to my latest info, we're allowed to use the UA stuff on the Guild, so I'll probably end up incorporating some of it in a possible setting write up.ĭiese eBooks wurden durch einen tatsächlichen Scan eines gedruckten Exemplars dieses Buches erstellt das Ergebnis wurde dann in ein PDF umgewandelt. In general however, they'd fit as well, I'd just caution anybody to make triple sure they know what they introduce. This way the DM has better control over what's happening. So you could buy them as chips or whatever and use them during an adventure. But I do like them and would probably reuse them as consumables. That's just because spells are hard to balance and they usually have a huge impact on a story. But overall, they'd fit well.ģ) The new spells, I'd probably not allow if I was. They have some features I'd personally rebalance, like Block Watch which needs a general nerf and Wire Walk a cap for distance like 60 feet. In my vision, sidearms are still the exception, not the norm, therefore I would probably handle them like magic items (like I did in Neon Knights).Ģ) The subclasses in the UA are super cool I think. I think everything fits snugly into what we have, no reason to add complexity. However, I'm personally more a fan of adapting existing systems, not replacing them with new.ġ) So from my side, there wouldn't be new sidearm rules, resistances, and armors. I think the info is applicable enough, so I wouldn't stop anyone from using it for an Eberron 1099YK campaign. Wow, I wasn't even aware these existed, thanks for pointing them out! My early thoughts, although I will revisit the material if and when I should write a small setting update book: See more fun running the adventure and come back for more! :D So hyping it up with a Facebook post, Tweet, or review to get more eyes on the series is a big help as well! If demand remains strong, I'll have the confidence to sit down and expand the lore with a standalone product. Looking at the sales so far, I'm definitely writing another adventure (I have a few ideas in mind). In general, to make more 1099 YK happen, I just need to know that people are behind the idea and interested in more content. :) Kickstarter is explicitly forbidden for DMsGuild projects and Patreon is just a hassle and takes a cut out of the support on top, just to let you know why I decided on Paypal. ![]() If I set it up correctly, you can send along a comment as well. If you check out my Youtube video about Neon Knights, you'll find a link for that purpose in the dooblidoo. Curse of Sebs adventure is presented to you by author Christian Eichhorn and editor John Parker You can contact me via mail or via Twitter Evan, thank you so much for getting a copy! I've been thinking about this and if you want to support me monetarily, the most direct way would be via a Paypal donation. This is old, new, borrowed and moody brilliant!" "This is something else! Eichhorn approaches this original Eberron take with full gusto, taking a truly thoughtful, open, flowing to providing information to the DM to be able to conduct this “cyberpulp” “technoir” romp, however the players approach things. To run the adventure, you need the fifth edition core rulebooks ( Player’s Handbook, Dungeon Master’s Guide, and Monster Manual) and a copy of Eberron: Rising from the Last War (E:RLW). The characters can begin the adventure on 4th or 5th level without needing to rebalance the encounters. Neon Knights is a Dungeon & Dragons adventure optimized for four to six characters. And remember, keep your head down and protect your wetware-warp bullets come flying from all sides. As mercenaries, you ought to choose your clients carefully or you find yourself on the wrong side of a trash compactor. The Houses are still up to no good, always have been. Time doesn’t stand still-the technology of the Last War rusts in the dustbin of history. I am telling it to you straight this is not your father’s Eberron. A cyberpulp extravagance, featuring laser-eyed trolls and metal stallions.
